Dr. Kumar Gautam (Ph.D) is internally recognized for QUANTUM RESEARCH AND CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE (QRACE), which its mission model is to bridge the gap between Technology and Societal applications, and also between Academia and Industry, to establish a Sustainable model of Development with Inclusive Growth.  The areas of focus of QRACE are addressing issues concerning national priorities that include fundamental science, technology development, human and scientific infrastructural resource generation.  The Business model of  > quantum technologies is expected to be one of the major technology disruptions that will change the entire paradigm of computation, communication, societal development and so forth.
