These discussions address the areas in the brain that are associated with language. The Wernicke-Geschwind (W-G) model of language demonstrates how the Broca, Wernicke, angular gyrus, and arcuate fasciculus areas interact "to comprehend and produce spoken language and to read and pronounce written language" (Miller, 2010, p. 64).
