Brief History:

Dr. Vickers returned to school after failing to graduate High School. Vickers continued on to complete the Doctor of Management degree in Organizational Leadership. Vickers has also taught at numerous Junior Colleges on the subject of computer science and networking.

Dr. Vickers has also achieved a second degree black belt in Kung Fu and a Blue Belt in Jujitsu. Vickers has won three first place medals and one second place in two separate jujitsu tournaments. He still continues to train both mind and body.

Over the past 20 years Vickers has worked at a number of employers in a variety of industries due to the volatile job market for IT professionals in Utah. He currently has spent the last 6 years with a fortune 10 company as an operations team lead managing a 40 person with members in Houston and India. In addition, Vickers also has engaged in volunteer leadership within the office of Global Diversity at his organization where he develops global initiatives which are then passed onto the business for implementation.

Vickers' passion is to bridge the divide and help people see past their assumptions and self-doubt. His personal experience demonstrates the impossible is indeed possible.
