Brief History:

Dr. Luster returned to school to earn a Master's degree 18 years after receiving a Bachelor's degree. Luster continued on to complete the Doctor of Management degree in Organizational Leadership. Luster considers herself a lifelong learner and believes education is the foundation to many opportunities in life.

Luster has worked for Milwaukee County, Department of Health and Human Services for the past 18 years. During these years, Luster has held various supervisory/management positions and direct service worker positions. Luster has worked with individuals with various physical, developmental, and mental disabilities, children and parents in foster care, and individuals with alcohol and drug problems. Luster participates in various committees that plan, coordinate, and implement policies and procedures for the Disabilities Services Division.

Luster's passion is helping people to develop in their personal and professional lives to be all they were created to be.
