Scientist, professor, director of Master studies, "Entrepreneurship for Women" and Liaison Officer -Eastern Europe Region Liaison Office

Dr Mirjana Radovic Markovic is a professor of Management and Entrepreneurship. Mirjana is Director of Master Studies in Entrepreneurship for Women at Akamai University. Markovic has worked 5 years with students and her American colleagues on programs: "Global Challenge" and "Women as Entrepreneurs" at Farleigh Dickinson University (GVF). Markovic is also a full-time professor at Pebble Hills University.

Mirjana has twice won a scholarship from the United Nations for her studies in Russia and India. Mirjana has 25 years of experience in the labor field. Mirjana has published 10 books on Entrepreneurship and Management. Mirjana's titles include: "Entrepreneurship: Theoretical and Practical Guide on all Aspects for Starting up the Small Business" and "The Perspective of Women`s Entrepreneurship in the Age of Globalization," which are recommended books in several U.S. universities. Mirjana is a researcher for international organizations and has been nominated for the 2006 Enterprising Woman and Gobal Summit of Women Award. Mirjana is also a member of a scientist's advisory board. Mirjana is full-time employed at the Institute of Economic Sciences, Belgrade, Serbia.

Markovic is a director of "Dr Mirjana Radovic Institute for Women's Entrepreneurship and Gender Relations," PHU, Europe (Nigerian chapter), Ogun State.
