Blog Entry: Greetings from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I am Director of Special Education and Gifted. I just returned home from graduation in Phoenix where the weather is very, very, hot. There trully is no place like home. It is cool and cloudy with a chance of rain in Milwaukee. I like many others realize the importance of leaders in an organization and would like to consult with organizations to improve their leaders by examining their current strategies and implementing new one. Right now the economy seems bleak, however I believe the economy will turn around soon and many organizations will look for leaders with the vision, motivation, and innovation to move the organization from its current state to a more profitable state by using the knowledge, skills, and abilities of the leaders---to achieve this I believe a Leadership Research Doc is in order.
