If you don’t know how to edit shortcut in Snapchat then you must follow these steps:-
First open the Snapchat and then take a snap by tapping on the record button.
Then tap on the Send to button located at the bottom of the screen.
Now tap on the Shortcuts option which is on the top right corner of the following screen.
Then from the list of shortcuts, tap on the one that you want to edit.
Then finally you can add or remove friends on that shortcut.
