SCHOLASTIC RESEARCH INSTITUTE FACILITATOR'S REQUIREMENTS


AAN ADVISORY BOARD, OFFICERS, AND DIRECTORS

Facilitating, a compensated position, involves monitoring the classroom daily, notifying learners of non participation and dismissal from the classroom, posting reading materials and assignments, organizing the discussions, reviewing all materials, and ensuring that the final edited paper is forwarded to the publisher (editor-in-chief of a scholarly journal).

Requirements of a facilitator include but may not be limited to:

  • Has served with the Alumni Association Network (AAN) for a minimum of six (6) months
  • Has been active with AAN, participating in requests and performing required duties
  • Is knowledgeable of research methods and designs
  • Has composed a minimum of five (5) peer-reviewed articles, one of which has been collaborated with two other AAN board members, officers, or directors

Facilitators will not have or cannot claim ownership of any articles derived or published at the SRI, unless the facilitator enrolls as a paid learner of any class.

Once voluntarily departs from AAN as an advisory board, officer, or director, one can no longer facilitate at the SRI.

Violation of any terms will result in immediate dismissal from the SRI and AAN position and can no longer participate in present and future initiatives of AAN's or the parent company.


VISITING FACILITATORS

Visiting Facilitators are non-compensated authorized positions. Visiting Facilitators will be authors of research publications who donate a minimum of ten (10) research books to AAN.

Facilitating as a guest for one (1) month (30 consecutive days) involves having access to all Forums, not individual classrooms, sharing comments on any postings concerning the discussions presented relating only to the publication donated.

Terms:

Visiting Facilitators will not have or cannot claim ownership of any articles published at the SRI, unless the guest facilitator enrolls as a paid learner of any class.

Violation of terms will result in immediate dismissal from the SRI and AAN's present and future initiatives.


Application:

Facilitator: If interested in becoming a facilitator, submit resume and cover letter to include the class desired to facilitate to: CEO@alumniassociationnetwork.org. Resume must include sections that list the (a) title and name of journal of published peer-reviewed articles and (b) names of two (2) scholarly journals that the applicant subscribes with.

Visiting Facilitator: If interested in becoming a guest facilitator, submit resume and cover letter to include the book that will be donated to: CEO@alumniassociationnetwork.org.
